Shipping
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The products bought on Film Foto Store will be delivered to one address within India. The only exception for shipping would be for Film processing vouchers / offline services, in which case you would receive the details to your registered email address.
We base shipping charges off the weight, size and the delivery location.
Orders are shipped either through BlueDart, Delhivery Express or Indian Speed Post depending on serviceability. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days upon confirmation.
Transit times can vary from 5-7 business days based on the carrier.
We offer the convenience of pick up at store option during checkout for customers residing in Bangalore.
International Shipping
We only ship orders within India. If you are located outside India and would like to place orders, please email us to know if shipment can be arranged.
Transit time for international shipments vary from 3-4 weeks on an average.
Please note we are not responsible for any customs charges / duties levied in your country on receipt of the order or any additional charges incurred.
Delivery
Film Foto Store does everything in its power to respect the delivery times indicated on the website. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party contracted to make delivery, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God.
In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place.
Returns
IMPORTANT – Photographic Film Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of photographic films, once shipped, films will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
This policy is strictly followed to ensure that all customers receive fresh, properly stored, and untampered film stocks.
Film Foto Store allows you 15 days to return eligible products that you are not 100% satisfied with. Your right of return starts from the moment your order is delivered.
This return policy applies only to products that are not specifically marked as non-returnable. Photographic films and other such items are excluded from this policy.
We request that you send us the product by registered post and that you purchase insurance with your carrier for the value of the product. This is necessary should they lose or damage the goods. Shipping charges remain the customer’s responsibility.
The right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, unopened, complete condition. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has been opened, will not be refunded.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, along with an unboxing video as proof. Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
Exchange
You may request an exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt for eligible products, provided the products are in their original, unopened, complete condition.
This exchange policy does not apply to photographic films and other non-returnable items.
Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging, or has been opened, will not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange requests will only be processed upon receipt of the returned product.
Shipping charges for both return and re-shipment remain the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation
You can cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed and shipped from our store.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Payment refund for approved returns/cancelled orders are usually completed within 10 – 15 business days.
Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment.
Product Handling Disclaimer
Photographic films are sensitive to heat, humidity, and handling conditions. Film Foto Store ensures proper storage prior to dispatch. We are not responsible for product performance or degradation due to exposure to adverse conditions after delivery.
